Happiness Hub – In Pursuit of Happiness Quotient

The Happiness Hub aims to build an emotionally resilient and happy campus by integrating structured well-being practices, theme-based engagements, and reflective daily routines. The initiative focuses on nurturing emotional balance, fostering meaningful interactions, and promoting a supportive environment where students and staff can grow, connect, and thrive. Through daily reflective habits and community-based engagements, Happiness Hub contributes to creating a positive campus culture rooted in awareness, wellness, and purposeful living.

Glimpses of Happiness Hub – CCHS

Mindful Breathing

A practice of mindful breathing that helps reduce stress, calm the mind, and improve overall focus.

The Cocoon

A guided imagination practice that helps you experience a womb-like space of warmth and safety, allowing deep emotional grounding.

Walking Club

A group that comes together regularly to walk for fitness, relaxation, and shared wellbeing.

Grounding Therapy

Uses the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space—to help individuals regain calm and balance through simple grounding experiences.

Greet Therapy

Uses warm greetings or wishes to boost connection and create a sense of belonging.

Mirror Therapy

Practicing positive affirmations while looking at oneself to build confidence and self-acceptance.

Smile Therapy

Intentional smiling that helps lift mood, reduce stress, and shift the mind toward positivity.

Water Therapy

Uses the calming presence of water—through mindful drinking or interaction—to refresh the mind and relax the body.

Aroma Therapy

Uses scents like lavender or citrus to support relaxation and calmness.

Art Therapy

Nurtures creativity, expression, and emotional healing through colours, art, and craft.

Sound Therapy

Uses soothing sound vibrations and frequencies to relax the mind and restore inner balance.

Writing Therapy

Journaling thoughts and feelings to help process emotions and gain clarity.

Circle of Emotions

A creative space where emotions are expressed freely through mimes, plays, skits, stand-ups, and similar activities.

Group Therapy

Listening Circles where individuals share and listen with respect, creating a safe space for collective healing.

Movement Therapy

Uses stretches, Infinite Walk, Loop Walk, and Hop & Skip exercises to release physical and emotional tension.

Talk Therapy

Read Aloud sessions or guided conversations that help understand thoughts, process emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies.
