Special Drill Performance on Sports Day

On the 9th of December, the second-year NCC cadets performed a phenomenal rifle drill, leaving the audience in awe. The rifle drill requires weeks of intense practice and physical effort, and their dedication truly paid off, making it a drill to remember.

Independence Day Celebrations

On the occasion of 15th August, the Christ Kengeri Campus celebrated Independence Day with great pride. Following the traditional flag hoisting, the second and third-year NCC cadets marched with their rifles, while the newly inducted first-year cadets performed the commando march. The march-pasts and celebrations were memorable and filled with patriotic spirit.

Republic Day Celebrations

As part of the Republic Day celebrations, NCC cadets of Christ University, Kengeri Campus, engaged in various activities to honor the occasion. A poignant highlight of the ceremony was the “Salami Shastra” performed by the 2nd-year NCC cadets, showcasing their discipline and respect for the nation.

Lt. Col. M Nagaraj’s Talk on “How to Join the Army”

Lieutenant Colonel M. Nagaraj, a distinguished officer with vast experience in both the military and academic fields, delivered an insightful session on 3rd February. He emphasized the importance of holistic development for engineering students, focusing on values such as discipline, work ethic, and life skills. The session concluded with an engaging interactive Q&A, leaving cadets inspired and informed.

SSB Workshop

On 18th August 2023, Mr. Thakur conducted a workshop on SSB interviews, skillfully capturing the interest of all participants. The session covered key insights into the SSB examination and selection process. Mr. Thakur concluded by addressing queries from attendees, making the workshop informative and engaging.

Tech Talk by Captain Sanjog Nazareth

On 7th February, Senior First Officer Pilot Sanjog Michael Nazareth delivered a tech talk on “Recent Trends in Aviation.” He shared valuable insights on becoming a pilot, from obtaining licenses to gaining experience through internships, inspiring many cadets to explore careers in aviation.

Group Captain Ram Ithikkat (Retd) delivered an engaging session on “Modern Leadership in India.” He highlighted the importance of discipline and organizational structure in effective leadership, while emphasizing integrity and ethical conduct as core, non-negotiable principles of leadership.
